Form I-9 Revised Effective 11/14/2016
The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Department announced that the Form I-9 was revised effective 11/14/2016. The former version, which has a date of “03/08/2013 N” may be used until 1/21/2017. After that date, all employers must be using the new version.
