In today's business environment HR plays a strategic role to the operational success of an organization. To provide support as a true business partner, HR must have the ability to communicate with top management using hard data that impacts the bottom line. In order to be effective and be a true business partner, the HR department must not only measure activities (the tactical level) but more importantly, the HR department must execute and measure the HR deliverables that are strategically important. By being able to show the value of HR to an organization, HR leaders can get a seat at the executive leadership table and truly impact the overall success of an organization.
