Please join us as we welcome Misty Leslie, Associate, Littler Employment & Labor Law Solutions Worldwide.  Misty holds a law degree from Creighton University School of Law.  For the past 15 years she has advised employers in labor and employment law issues and represented public and private sector clients in a wide range of employment matters.

Her presentation will focus on several current issues of diversity/inclusion, including how social media and diversity/inclusion intertwine (how social media is used as a tool as exclusion and division, in particular as it is sometimes used to bully, intimidate, or harass co-workers) and how employers can prevent or deal with those situations when they arise.
