PRESCOTT HR PROFESSIONAL RECEIVES SPHR CERTIFICATION
PRESCOTT AZ, February 3, 2015: Nicole Frost, Hospital Administrator for the Prescott Animal Hospital, was recently awarded the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). This certification is the highest standard in the world for Human Resources professionals. The HRCI credential demonstrates relevance, competence, experience, credibility and dedication to human resources.
Nicole serves as the Diversity Director for the Prescott Area Human Resources Association (PAHRA), a local chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Terri Stephens, HR Administrator for Fann Contracting and PAHRA President, said, “Nikki worked very hard to prepare for the exam, and attended the PAHRA sponsored study group last fall. This is a tremendous personal and professional accomplishment and we are excited for her success!”
PAHRA is comprised of HR professionals from major businesses and small organizations from across Yavapai county, representing diverse industries including government, higher education, healthcare, service, distribution, and manufacturing. PAHRA meets bi-monthly on the 3rd Thursday at LaQuinta Inn & Suites, 4499 E State Route 69, Prescott, AZ 86301.
