Industrial Commission of Arizona Posts FAQ’s Regarding New Minimum Wage and Sick Pay Law

The Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA) recently posted on its website a list of “Frequently Asked Questions” about Proposition 206, the “Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act”.  The new law, which was passed by voters in November 2016, increases the state minimum wage and establishes mandatory paid sick leave requirements for Arizona employers.  The FAQs and the 2017 Arizona minimum wage poster are included with this notice as attachments.
