Proposition 206 Summary

Arizona voters approved Proposition 206 in November 2016.  The new law increases the state minimum wage from $8.05 to $10.00 an hour effective January 1, 2017.  In addition, it mandates paid sick leave for virtually all Arizona employees beginning in July 2017.   A summary of the new law is attached.
