Industrial Commission of Arizona (ICA) Issues Proposed Rules to Amend Fair Wages & Healthy Families Act
On May 5, 2017, the ICA issued proposed rules to amend and supplement the new minimum wage and paid sick time law; the Fair Wages & Healthy Families Act. Written comments to the rulemaking may be submitted to the Labor Department of the ICA by June 5, 2017. The proposed rules are attached HERE.
