The EEOC Releases 2017 Enforcement and Litigation Data
The federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recently published its 2017 enforcement statistics, reporting that the charge workload is at its lowest level in ten years, and stating that the agency obtained nearly $400 million for discrimination victims.
