New 2026 Minimum Wage - Effective January 1, 2026 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
In accordance with A.R.S. § 23-363(B), Arizona's minimum wage will increase from $14.70 to $15.15, effective January 1, 2026. The $0.45 increase in minimum wage is based on the increase in inflation between August 2024 and August 2025, as published in the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics' Consumer Price Index. Posters, which are to be displayed in a place accessible to employees, may be found on the Industrial Commission's Labor page (direct links provided below). The minimum wage posters include information on exemptions, tips and gratuities, retaliation, and more.
