    “Wellness on a Shoestring Budget & Increasing Program Participation”

    Have you been charged with developing a Wellness program for your organization but don’t know where to start?  Perhaps you want to develop an amazing program but your budget is limited.

    The key to an effective Wellness program with a small budget or large is effective program design and promotion.

    About the presenter:

    Lisa Weston, CWC, CWPM - Area Director of Wellbeing and Engagement, Western Region, 10 Years of Experience

    Lisa Weston, CWC, CWPM, is Area Director of Wellbeing and Engagement in the Western Region Health & Welfare Consulting Practice, within the Benefits and Human Resources Consulting division of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (Gallagher).  Lisa brings superior administrative skills gained through positions in healthcare, education and the public sector.  Her experience includes management of wellness program development, implementation and monitoring for many sizes of employers and she brings that experience to Gallagher clients.

    Lisa believes that Wellness programs should be educational with a "whole health" approach. She has implemented a variety of wellness initiatives that have enjoyed a history of excellent participation rates.  

    Lisa is a Certified Corporate Wellness Coach and Certified Wellness Program Director with a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management.  She has a strong background in health education, organization and efficiency management and healthcare improvement.  She has worked as wellness coordinator for a local school district and possesses firsthand experience in developing a successful and sustainable wellness program.  Lisa is a member of the Wellness Council of America.  Lisa has achieved WELCOA Faculty status for her extensive Wellness training.  Additionally, Lisa is a Certified Tobacco Interventionist through Maricopa County Department of Public Health.

    Lisa is a fourth generation Arizona native and is active in her community. She is a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
